TSM’s Annual Report outlines key achievements for the year, recycled tonnes of discarded tires and tubes into tire-derived aggregate, crumb rubber, blast mats, moulded and other products. As well as the diversion rate for of end of life tires and tubes, material for every Manitoban that continues to be collected and recycled annually in the province.

TSM’s key achievement for 2025 was recycling 28,018 tonnes of end-of-life tires and tubes into tire-derived aggregate, crumb rubber, blast mats, moulded and other products.  Virtually all end-of-life tires and tubes available for recycling, 18.61 kilograms of material for every Manitoban, continue to be collected and recycled annually in the province for a diversion rate of 128%.

Other notable achievements for 2025 include:

  • Awarding three scholarships of $3,000 each to deserving students studying environmental sciences at a Manitoba university.
  • $199,564 awarded for 7 Community Enhancement Grants, 6 Rubber Aggregate Road Projects and 1 Applied Research Grant that used recycled tire products.
  • Over 50 full-time tire recycling jobs and over $10 million in direct economic activity.
  • Over 941 thousand impressions in 2025 through TSM’s online engagement, digital marketing, and consumer survey.
